Co-Lab

Co-Lab is an immersive 12-week, youth-centered career exploration and workforce readiness program sponsored by ECMC Group. Designed for young adults (typically ages 18–24), Co-Lab blends hands-on career pathways exploration, mentorship, and holistic support—including financial literacy, wellness resources, and professional skill-building.
